Identification documentation and replace some lost official documents (they also have a document bank for vital record storage)

Walkup intake 10am – 2pm Monday – Friday but you can show up earlier than 10am and reserve your spot.
First-time residents receive a few free nights. After that, you choose between the Pay-To-Stay Program at $15 per night, or the 10-Month Homeless No More Program which is free for those having no income. You cannot stay if you have an assault charge, sex crime or heinous crime (arson, injury to a child, etc) or have a protective order on your record. Does not accept men on parole. No pets.

Emergency Rental Assistance/Welfare Program provides short-term rental assistance to the disabled indigent who do not yet receive social security, workers compensation or other disability benefits. 214-819-2000.
